Shirt hats are all the rage right now.
Is it a boy thing? My partner and son love getting their PJ pants and putting them on their head. They're either loopy (quite possible) or wanting the channel the energy of a rabbit (possible also).
Glad to see that my boys are not the only ones who are crazy!

I'm just saying, for Joe's benefit, that if *I* can dress up as Captain Underpants as a HS teacher (for HS spirit week) he can do it for his kid's bday party!
